Yes, you can change your reservation, but it is a subject of availability.
Changes within 14 days prior to the initial check-in date will be charged 20% of the sum.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation.
For cancellations more than 14 days prior to the check-in date, you will be charged 50% of the sum.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.

Accommodation Details
Our studio and apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you may need for short and long stays.
Of course.
Tulip Apartment High End – modern air conditioner plus infrared panel in the bedroom;
Tulip Studio Deluxe – convector;
Tulip Studio Superior – modern air conditioner plus convector (if needed).
Self check-in with access code and card from 15:00 (3 PM).
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and/or late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability. Drop us a remark while booking.

We can arrange it for you upon request (paid service).
– Tulip Apartment High-End: You can store your ski or bike in the glassed-in balcony which is designed to be a winter/summer garden, or on the terrace.
– Tulip Studio Superior: You can store your ski or bike on the balcony;
– Tulip Studio Deluxe doesn’t have a balcony. You can store your ski or bike in front of the door. The common areas at the hotel are considered safe.
Yes. Free Wi-Fi in all Tulip Apartments and Studios.
Sure. Flat smart TV’s and cable TV in all our accommodations.
Sorry, pets are not allowed!
No. Sorry! Smoking inside is strictly forbidden. If you are a smoker, you can use the terraces.

Yes. Grand Resort Pamporovo has parkings available on-site for every section. Hotel parkings are free for guest of the hotel.
Yes. You can find shops and small supermarkets in close proximity. However, we advise you to prepare or buy your most necessary things in advance and take them with you.
Studenetz Ski Center is within walking distance from Tulip Aparts Pamporovo. If you prefer so, you can also reach it by car.
Food & Dining
Tulip Aparts Pamporovo are private accomodations within Grand Resort Pamporovo. We do not offer breakfast. You can arrange your breakfast at the reception of the hotel if available.
Each apartment offers full self-cooking and -catering facilities, so you can prepare and serve your own meals just the way you like them. You only have to bring with you the products you will need.
Prefer to dine out? Some of the popular restaurants in the resort are just a short walk away. A restaurant is also expected to open soon in our hotel.
